Job description

Responsibilities & Skills Required for Human Resource:
 

  • Independently manage the end-to-end recruiting process.
  • Responsible for business hiring and stakeholder management.
  • Possess hands-on experience and a deep understanding of both technical and non-technical hiring.
  • Review requisitions, comprehend hiring needs, and conduct searches to identify suitable candidates.
  • Communicate employer information and benefits during the screening process.
  • Monitor HR metrics such as source of hire, time-to-hire, time-to-fill, etc.
  • Handle hiring processes, screening, and follow-up.
  • Source candidates through internet postings, networking, headhunting, college campuses, and the internal database.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews, telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates.
  • Arrange interviews for shortlisted candidates.

Salary : 9k to 15k ( Depend upon Interview )
