Job description
Responsibilities & Skills Required for Human Resource:
- Independently manage the end-to-end recruiting process.
- Responsible for business hiring and stakeholder management.
- Possess hands-on experience and a deep understanding of both technical and non-technical hiring.
- Review requisitions, comprehend hiring needs, and conduct searches to identify suitable candidates.
- Communicate employer information and benefits during the screening process.
- Monitor HR metrics such as source of hire, time-to-hire, time-to-fill, etc.
- Handle hiring processes, screening, and follow-up.
- Source candidates through internet postings, networking, headhunting, college campuses, and the internal database.
- Conduct preliminary interviews, telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates.
- Arrange interviews for shortlisted candidates.
Salary : 9k to 15k ( Depend upon Interview )
